About ME

Thank you for visiting my site….Now a little about me!

I am a Pilates Instructor in Orange County, CA. My passion for Pilates began at the age of 18 after “retiring” as a competitive gymnast, I was looking for something that would challenge me as well as help maintain my flexibility and endurance. Walking into my first class, I was absolutely hooked the minute started my first exercise on the Reformer.

I practiced Pilates throughout college where I would go on to receive my BA from California State University, Fullerton in Communications and later in my career in marketing and advertising. As my passion for Pilates grew, I applied and was awarded the Kathy Grant Memorial Scholarship for the BASI Pilates Teacher Training program.

The BASI Pilates program was integral in building me into the instructor I am today and later after receiving my certification I continued my journey with the company as the Marketing Manager. The global network of instructors at BASI Pilates, founded by Rael Isacowitz, was an incredible team to be a part of as an instructor and marketer. My Pilates career would continue on as the Director of Teacher Training for Club Pilates and later becoming a full-time instructor teaching throughout Orange County, CA.

As a Nationally Certified Pilates instructor with Pilates Method Alliance and BASI Pilates, my passion for teaching continued to grow into a mentorship and now I serve as a Faculty Member at Fullerton College in the Physical Education department in the Pilates Certification program.

My passion for Pilates continues to grow and has evolved into a fulfilling career. I have met so many incredible people in the health and wellness community and this site is meant to help me connect with more of you! I look forward to sharing and connecting more with all of you!
