My Pilates Movement. What does that mean? 

Every BODY moves in their own way. Whether you are limited by injuries and limitations or you are an able body looking to incorporate life long movement through strength, balance and overall well being this is YOUR Pilates Movement. 

I created My Pilates Movement to help all bodies move to live a more fulfilling life. I have worked in the health and wellness industry for the past decade helping my clients find their strength and build the confidence to know their own bodies movement.

Joseph Pilates designed a unique series of vigorous physical exercises that help to correct muscular imbalances and improve posture, coordination, balance, strength, and flexibility, as well as to increase breathing capacity and organ function. My goal is to carry on his principals in helping you find balance through My Pilates Movement.
